In Malta and Gozo, our recycling journey for clothing and cooking oil begins with strategically placed blue bins, enabling citizens to participate in sustainable disposal. Collected items are transported to our facility, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

Here, clothing is sorted by condition and type. Suitable items are exported for reuse in second-hand markets, reducing the need for new garment production. Clothing unsuitable for reuse is recycled into new materials, diverting waste from landfills.

Simultaneously, used cooking oil undergoes purification for conversion into biodiesel or other products, depending on quality. This process completes our recycling cycle, contributing to a circular economy and underscoring our commitment to a sustainable future.
